How awesome are these DIY cheese kits! I have seen recipes through the years for homemade ricotta, but I didn't realize how easy it is to make soft cheeses at home, or that you could make goat cheese and mozzarella too! Can't wait to order one of these and give it a whirl. Check out her Etsy shop
